Our qualified Career Coach can help you with any career issues that you may be facing. We have successfully helped others to overcome difficulties at work, build self confidence, make a career change or get back to work after redundancy. Our coach can help you to achieve career success by clarifying goals, defining a strategy and working with you to achieve your aims. Together you will plan for success and focus on your career goals using a completely holistic approach.

We have assisted clients to find, get, keep, enjoy and succeed in their ideal job.

Your first Career Coaching session is completely free. This will give your coach enough time to explain the coaching process thoroughly and examine in depth the issues that you are facing. Once the initial session has been completed, your coach will provide you with an individual action plan; this is yours to keep free of charge. You can then choose if you would like to continue with the coaching programme. If you decide to continue working with your coach, you will implement your action plan. Each coaching programme is fully flexible and you can cancel at anytime.

How The Service Works

Your Career Coach will work with you to set achievable goals to help you improve your career. The career coaching programme is completely flexible and you can choose what you would like to work on with your coach. During each session your coach will work with you to:

Review your progress against the goals you have previously set
Overcome any confidence issues
Help you set new goals to work towards before your next session

Career Coaching sessions can be conducted over the telephone, via webcam or in person. You also will receive email support between sessions. You can also decide the frequency of sessions (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

Prices

Each 30 minute coaching session costs £49, payable in advance

* We also have limited reduced price coaching available for anyone who is facing challenging circumstances, please ask for further details.
