All of our CV, Application, Personal Statement, Cover Letter and LinkedIn services include a consultation. This is an important stage of the process as it enables us to gather all the information required to build a complete picture of you as a candidate, so that we can write a CV or other self-marketing documents which reflect you. For clients using our Professional CV Service, we offer Telephone / Skype or Face-to-Face CV Consultations conducted by a Professional CV Writer with more than 15 years of experience. For all other CV Services, consultations are completed by email. Clients using our Application Form, Personal Statement, Cover Letter and LinkedIn services also have a choice of Telephone / Skype or email consultations.

Telephone / Skype Consultations

For UK and international customers our Professional and Executive CV writing service include a comprehensive Telephone / Skype consultation. Our consultant will call you at the agreed time and gather all necessary information.

Your CV Consultation will usually last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, although we allow as long as is required. During the CV Consultation we will interview you to gain an understanding of your life, skills, experience, achievements and professional personality. We will also discuss your education history, as well as your career aspirations and details of the post(s) for which you are applying.

Face-to-Face Consultations

Personal CV Consultations are available by special arrangement at our Cardiff, Bristol and Swindon offices with our Professional / Executive CV Services only. Please note that we charge an additional fee to cover overhead costs incurred for delivering this service. Please contact us for further information.

E-Mail Consultations

For clients using our Professional and Executive CV Services, we also offer the option of completing your consultation by email. This is mandatory for all other CV Services. You will be sent a copy of our CV Consultation Form which you can use to provide us with all of the information we will need. The form will be sent to you in Microsoft Word format; you will need to complete all relevant sections before saving the form and sending it back to us by email or using our Client Document Upload Area.
