During your comprehensive consultation we will pinpoint exactly what you are having difficulties with. We will devise an appropriate action plan to improve your interview technique. We then work with you to ensure that you give the best interview possible. We can help you with what to say, how to say it, body language and tone of voice, as well as advising on other aspects of the job interview process such as dress code and building a rapport with the interviewers. How The Service Works

Interview Coaching can be conducted over the telephone, via webcam or in person at our offices in Cardiff City Centre.

Stage 1

At the beginning of your session your consultant will ask you some relevant interview questions in order assess your current skill level and identify which areas require the most attention.

Stage 2

We will then work with you to improve your interview technique. This can include;

Guidance on how to research a potential employer before your interview
Preparation of some standard answers to tough questions you may be asked at interview
Helping you to formulate your own answers to competency based interview questions
Teaching you some techniques to build rapport with the interviewer(s)
Providing relevant questions for you to ask a potential employer at interview
Providing advice on how to dress to impress
Improving your body language
Practical techniques to ensure you arrive on time and fully prepared

Stage 3

At the end of the session we will stage a short Mock Interview comprising 4/5 questions to allow you to benchmark your progress and practice your new techniques.

We also provide you with a comprehensive list of practice interview questions and follow up exercises so that you can continue to work on your skills on your own. You will also receive a free copy of our Ultimate Interview Guide (normally £3.99)

Prices

In order to ensure that we are pitching your coaching at the right level, and so that we can give you maximum benefit, we provide Interview Coaching at 3 different levels;

Graduate/Entry Level (Less than 5 years work experience or non-managerial role) - £65 per hour
Experienced/Manager (Extensive work experience or management role) - £75 per hour
Senior Manager (Looking to move from a management role to a senior management role) - £125 per hour

Face To Face Interview Coaching

Face to face Interview Coaching sessions are can be booked at our Cardiff city centre offices. Please note that an addiotnal booking fee of £19 (non-refundable) is required to secure your appointment.
