How Our Professional CV Writing Service Works

Your new CV will be presented in a format which is suitable for the type of application you are making. It will be laid out in a professional and attractive way and will be free from grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. We will also ensure that the content of your CV is 'selling' your skills, experience and achievements in the most effective way and contains all the right information to appeal to recruiters; increasing your chances of getting an interview.

Our CV Service involves 3 simple steps:

Step 1 - Place Your Order

We will then contact you by phone / email to arrange a convenient consultation for you. We are available 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, so we can fit your consultation in around your other commitments. Consultations can easily be conducted by Telephone / Skype / Email; you choose which is best for you. If you would prefer to speak to someone in person you always have the option to upgrade to a Face-to-Face Consultation (*Cardiff / Bristol / Swindon only).

Step 2 - CV Consultation

Your CV Consultation will usually take between 30 and 45 minutes (although we allow as long as is required). We will gain an understanding of your skills, experience and personality. There are no forms to fill in (unless you have chosen to complete your CV Consultation by email). You will deal with the same CV Consultant throughout the entire process and since we do not outsource any of our work, the Consultant you speak with will be the person writing your CV.

Step 3 - Draft CV

Your CV will then be prepared by one of our Professional CV Writers. A first draft will be ready for your approval within 5 Working Days as standard (Express Delivery options are also available). Once completed, your new CV will be sent to you by email in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats.

If there are any alterations required these will be performed by your personal Professional CV Writer. There is no limit to the number of changes you can request and your CV Writer will continue working on your CV until you are 100% satisfied with the finished document.

Upon approval, we will issue the final copies of your CV by email in Microsoft Word (docx) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and you can also order a CV Pack with 10 printed copies of your CV or a USB / CD as an optional extra.

Once your CV has been approved, you will be sent electronic copies of your CV in Word & PDF formats as well as a range of extra information to help you prepare for the job application process.
