How The Service Works
You are just 5 simple steps away from having a CV that you can be proud of. The entire order process is automated and can be completed online by following our simple instructions.
- Place your order via our online ordering system (see below)
- Complete our simple online CV questionnaire (can also be completed by email)
- A draft of your new CV will be completed within 4 working days (24 Hr Express Service also available)
- We will send your CV to you by email for checking and you can request any changes required
- Once approved we email your new CV to you in Microsoft Word and PDF formats

Ordering Your New CV
When you have placed your order for your new CV you will automatically be directed to our Online CV Questionnaire*. You will need to fill in the questionnaire to provide us with the information we need to write your new CV, you can also send us your existing CV if you have one.
Please note that we cannot start work on your CV until we have received payment in full.
Once we have received your completed questionnaire we will produce your new CV within 4 working days, you will then be sent a draft copy of your CV for checking and you will have 48 hours to request any changes required. As soon as you have approved the draft of your CV the final copies will be dispatched by email in Word and PDF formats.

Microsoft Word - The preferred file format for most recruiters. You will also be able to easily edit your own CV in the future. Your CV will be issued in both Word 2003 (.doc) and Word 2010 (.docx) formats.
Adobe PDF - Using PDF gives your CV an extra professional look and ensures that your CV will always be viewed exactly as you sent it. This also prevents unwanted alterations to your CV by third parties.
Alternative formats such as plain text (for uploading to CV databases) and Microsoft Works are also available on request.
